Ronald’s Village is a youth development nonprofit that supports young men of color in Guilford County, N.C. 

One of our signature program, The Village, is recognized as a strong foundation for at-risk youth and youth that has experienced various types of traumatic events in their lives. It is a year-round program that focuses on leadership, entrepreneurship, and academic enrichment. Our goal is to provide a program that helps young men build self-esteem, realize their self-worth, develop positive moral values, leadership, and empowerment skills, which will help them learn to make wise choices in their lives.

The Village is a place where young men can spend their time, feel valued, respected, and challenged to find their positive identity in the home, school, and community, which creates a sense of belonging for them.

We focus on mentoring, college readiness, entrepreneurship and finances, and service learning hours.
